While it doesn’t require expansion, it offers a complete, ready-to-live-in experience once connected to sewerage and water. This home features 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen with overhead cupboards, a bathroom, and a small dining area, all within a sturdy, insulated structure.

Important Notice: Our units have a ceiling height of 2.25m, which does not meet the standard 2.4m required for a building permit. However, by placing The Mirage on a trailer, it can be classified as an expandable caravan or tiny house, negating the need for a building permit. Always check with your local council for compliance with regulations.
